Lots of people visit Alaska and say they want to live there. Some of them actually do move to the 49th State. A few of them do some interesting things in the Last Frontier. One of them moved from Iowa City and ran the Iditarod, the Last Great Race on Earth. Her name is Emily Maxwell.
It’s a tale as old as time; girl meets Alaska, falls in love. Said girl meets a guy who lives in Alaska. Girl takes her literary translation skills to Willow, Alaska where she curses the cold in two languages
